Should your garment require adjustments at the first fitting or upon first receiving the item, we are please to offer complimentary alterations, provided the requested changes remain consistent with the original order.
To qualify for complimentary alteration:

• the request must be made within 14 days of the first fitting or delivery;

• the garment must be in its original condition and not worn or washed other then for fitting purposes;

• the requested adjustment must remain within the scope of the original measurements, fit intention, and design specifications; and

• the garment must not have been altered by an external tailor or third party.

Requests that differ from the original order or approved specifications may be considered separately and may be subject to additional charges. This may include design changes, revised fit preferences, updated measurements, or any other amendments requested after the initial fitting or delivery period.

Where appropriate, customers may be requested to attend a fitting at JSMP Atelier so that any necessary adjustments can be assessed accurately. For customers located outside of Hong Kong or unable to attend in person, alteration requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and additional shipping costs may apply.

Complimentary alterations are intended to ensure that the finished garment reflects the original agreed order. They do not apply to changes in preference, body measurements, or design after the order has been confirmed.
JSMP reserves the right to determine whether an alteration request falls within the scope of the original order.
