Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact.

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Made-to-measure items

• Made-to-order items

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Pre-order items, unless faulty

• Gift cards

To request a return, please email jasmin@jsmp.store within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If your return is approved, we will share return instructions with you.

Unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size, color, or variation, please contact us and we will advise on the available options.
